6. Data Retention
Email correspondence is retained for 3 years from the last interaction. Analytics data is anonymized after 30 days. Server access logs are kept for 30 days for fraud prevention. After these periods, data is permanently deleted.
7. Children and Under-21s
phil888ph.com is intended only for adults aged 21 and over (the legal gambling age in the Philippines). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, email our contact page (we have no public inbox) immediately and we will delete it.
8. Changes to This Policy
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be notified via the homepage banner for 30 days.
