Last updated: 19 May 2026. This policy explains how Phil888 (phil888ph.com) collects, uses and protects your personal information. We comply with the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and the GDPR for any EU visitors.
1. What Data We Collect
Information you provide directly:
- Email address (only when you email us, subscribe to alerts, or fill the contact form)
- Name and phone number (only when you initiate a support escalation request)
- Comments and feedback (when you submit them via contact form)
Information collected automatically:
- IP address (used to detect bots and fraud, anonymized within 30 days)
- Browser user-agent, screen resolution, language preference
- Pages visited, time on page, referring URL (analytics only)

We do NOT collect your casino password, deposit history, withdrawal data, government ID, or financial data. Phil888 does not operate the ph888 casino back-end and has no access to your casino account.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To respond to your enquiry — emails are read by the relevant editor and replied within 48 hours
- To improve content — anonymized analytics show which guides Filipino players find most useful
- To prevent fraud — IP and user-agent are checked against known bot patterns
- To deliver alerts you opted into — JILI new releases, bonus code updates, payout regressions
3. Who We Share Data With
Phil888 does not sell or rent your personal data to anyone. We share data only with:
- Cloudflare (CDN and bot protection) — sees IP and user-agent for fraud prevention
- Google Analytics (anonymized, IP truncated) — aggregate page metrics
- Email delivery service (Mailgun) — for replies to your enquiries
- Law enforcement — only when compelled by Philippine court order or PDPA-compliant lawful request

5. Your PDPA & GDPR Rights
Under the Philippines Data Privacy Act 2012 and the GDPR, you have the right to:

- Correct — fix any inaccurate data
- Erase — request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Object — opt out of any specific data use
- Portability — receive your data in a portable format
- Complain — file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines (privacy.gov.ph)

6. Data Retention
Email correspondence is retained for 3 years from the last interaction. Analytics data is anonymized after 30 days. Server access logs are kept for 30 days for fraud prevention. After these periods, data is permanently deleted.
7. Children Under 18
Phil888 is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, email privacy@phil888ph.com immediately and we will delete it.
8. Changes to This Policy
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be notified via the homepage banner for 30 days.
